MINIMUM AGE: Flamingo Destin is a family-focused property. As such, we require the primary renter to be 25 year of age or older. We are no longer making exceptions to this rule. GRILL USAGE: We offer a complimentary outdoor grill. In return, we ask that you clean the grill prior to departure so it's ready for the next guests. Alternatively, you can elect to pay an additional $50 cleaning fee. EMAIL COMMUNICATION: We ask that you provide an email address once you submit your reservation. We will use the email address to send you the Rental Agreement and other information to help with your planning. A completed and signed Rental Agreement is required withing 14 days of booking.

A per person/per night fee could apply. * Flamingo Destin utilizes exterior security cameras to ensure your safety. No interior cameras are used. IMPORTANT: Once your booking request has been submitted, we'll request an email address from you to send a copy of your Rental Agreement. All Rental Agreements must be completed, signed, and returned within 14 days of the booking request in order to complete and confirm your reservation.
