The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a counter with stools, creating the perfect space to hang out with friends and family. Whether it's meal time or game night, this area will be well-used by your group! WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: This home's sprawling layout includes a first floor King suite with a private patio. Upstairs you'll find two additional KING Bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. On the first floor we keep two comfortable rollaway twin beds with bedding - perfect for a couple extra guests. (Max Occ 8-10 guests) All bedrooms have ceiling fans, comfortable bedding, and Smart TVs, creating the perfect private retreat! Note: We do not have a pack-and-play or crib on site. We can recommend a local company if you wish to rent one during your stay. This top-rated community is situated between Hwy 98 and Scenic 98 in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. With entry gates on both ends, you'll have easy access to explore the neighboring areas along the Emerald Coast. Resort Amenities are always included with your stay: * PRIVATE BEACH Take a short 5 minute stroll to our gated PRIVATE BEACH or hop on the complimentary beach tram (mid-May through mid-Aug) for a quick ride. * PRIVATE BEACH PAVILION Our beach pavilion includes a full-service snack bar offering food and beverage items for a quick bite to eat. The pavilion also has locked restrooms, rinse showers, picnic tables, and plenty of space to park your bikes or beach wagon. * BEACH SERVICE Check in with our DEDICATED beach attendant to reserve beach chairs and umbrellas (provided by La Dolce Vita). * BEACH TRAM SERVICE From mid-May to early-August, Emerald Shores offers a daily tram service that runs throughout the community. This service is free to our guests and stops at the sports court, both pools, and the entrance to our private beach. * SPORTS COURT Feeling competitive? Enjoy a game of pickleball, tennis or basketball on our community sports court located at the north end of the community. FUN FACT: Emerald Shores is the ONLY community on Scenic 98 with a private beach, a private pavilion with snack bar and restrooms, AND a dedicated beach attendant! (During high seasons, our snack bar, picnic tables, and private restrooms make our pavilion a true HIDDEN GEM!) We invite you to come see why so many vacationers visit this area year after year! * * * * * SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: Upon your arrival, you will need to obtain wrist bands from the Emerald Shores Beach Pavilion in order to access the resort amenities, including the private beach. There is a $30 cost per stay that covers everyone in your group. Instructions on how to obtain your wrist bands will be provided after your reservation is made.

WELCOME TO SERENDIPITY - Upon submitting your reservation request, we'll send you a link to our Guest Portal where you can complete our Rental Agreement. The RA must be completed within 7 days of booking in order to confirm your reservation request. In our Guest Portal you will also see an option to purchase trip insurance. We'll also send you a link to our Guest Guidebook which offers loads of recommendations as well as our House Manual.

NOTE: Minimum age to rent our property is 25 years old. We're sorry but we no longer make exceptions. SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: During peak seasons, guests are required to purchase and wear wristbands when using the Emerald Shores private beach and resort amenities. Upon your arrival, stop by the beach pavilion to register and obtain your wristbands There is a $30 cost per stay that covers everyone in your group. IMPORTANT: Once your booking request has been received, we'll request an email address from you to send a copy of your Rental Agreement. All Rental Agreements must be completed, signed, and returned within 7 days in order to complete and confirm your reservation.
